Do I need to travel to the country to form a company?
Almost never. The US, UK, Canada, UAE (free zone), Singapore, Estonia, and Hong Kong can all be completed remotely with notarized or digitally signed documents. Germany's GmbH requires a notary appointment, which can usually be done via a local notary in your home country under power of attorney.
What's included in the "starting from" price?
The "starting from" price includes our service fee plus the standard government/registry fees for the most common entity type in each country. It excludes statutory share capital (e.g., Germany's €25,000 GmbH capital), visas, sworn translations, apostilles, and nominee director/shareholder services. These are quoted separately and shown in writing before you're asked to pay anything.
How long does the formation process take?
Timelines vary by jurisdiction: US LLC: 3-5 business days, UK Ltd: 24-48 hours, UAE Free Zone: 5-7 business days, Singapore Pte Ltd: 1-3 business days, Germany UG/GmbH: 2-4 weeks, Malta: 10-15 business days, Hong Kong: 1-2 business days, Estonia: 3-5 business days, Malaysia Sdn Bhd: 5-7 business days.
Can I use a virtual address for company registration?
Yes, in every jurisdiction we operate in — provided the address is a genuine commercial address rather than a residential redirect or a P.O. box, which most registries explicitly reject. All RothBerk addresses are commercial and meet each registry's requirements.
Do you help with opening a business bank account?
Yes — every formation package includes an introduction to banking or EMI partners suited to your entity type, industry, and country of operation. We don't control any bank's final approval decision, but we prepare your documentation specifically to reduce rejection risk.
