What is included in the license package price?
Each license package includes the complete application filing, company formation, AML/KYC policy drafting, capital documentation, regulator liaison, and banking introduction. The price breakdown is shown in each license's detail section. Capital requirements are separate and must be held by the company.

Below each license's price breakdown, you'll find optional infrastructure addons. Simply check the boxes for the services you need, and the total price will update automatically in real-time. This allows you to build a custom package that fits your exact requirements.
How long does a forex or crypto license realistically take?
Offshore tiers (Seychelles, Vanuatu) typically run 2-6 months; mid-tier jurisdictions (Mauritius, Labuan) run 4-8 months; onshore EU licenses (CySEC) commonly take 9-18 months. These are regulator-driven timelines, not RothBerk turnaround times — we manage the process, but the regulator sets the pace.
What happens if a licensing application is rejected?
We pre-vet every application against the regulator's published criteria before submission specifically to minimize this risk, but no provider can guarantee a regulatory outcome. If a rejection happens, we work with you to address the specific findings and resubmit or pivot to a more suitable jurisdiction; the terms for this are set out in your engagement letter before you pay.
What's the difference between forex and crypto licensing?
Forex licenses allow trading in forex, CFDs, and commodities. Crypto/VASP licenses specifically authorize digital asset services. Some jurisdictions (Mauritius, Labuan, Cyprus, Estonia, Lithuania, UAE) allow both with appropriate approvals. The license type determines your permitted business activities and regulatory requirements.
Do I need to travel to the country to get the license?
Almost never for offshore and most mid-tier licenses. Onshore licenses like CySEC may require a director interview, which is sometimes conducted remotely and sometimes in person depending on the regulator's current policy. We'll advise you on this during your consultation.
What ongoing compliance do I need to maintain after licensing?
This varies by jurisdiction, but commonly includes annual license renewal, ongoing AML reporting, regulator returns, and financial audits. Your compliance calendar, provided at launch, lists exactly what's due and when. We also offer ongoing compliance support as a retainer service starting at $499/month.
Can I add the MT5 setup and website later?
Yes, all tech addons can be purchased separately at any time. However, we recommend getting the complete infrastructure package for the best value ($19,999 vs $23,994 individually) and seamless integration with your license setup.
